Keadaan semasa besi titanium

Pada masa ini, bekalan utama besi titanium tinggi di pasaran antarabangsa ialah w (Ti) 68 Besi titanium tinggi berkualiti tinggi dengan 72%, w (Al)<4.0%, w (Si)<0.5%, w (N)<0.4%, w (C)<0.1%, w (S)<0.015%, w (P)<0.02%, and w (TO)<1.0% is produced using the titanium chip remelting method. This method is also used domestically to produce high titanium iron, but the cost is high.
In order to reduce steelmaking costs, domestic steel companies have appropriately lowered their requirements when purchasing high titanium iron. The requirements for high titanium iron used in the production of IF steel by W plant are: w (Ti)>65%, w (Al)<4.5%, w (Si)<0.5%, w (TO) 65%, w (Al)<4.0%, w (Si)<0.5%, and w (TO)<5.0%.
